Is there a CD-Rom available for revision?
Yes, there is an English CD-Rom available which includes all the questions and answers that could be asked on all the tests apart from the Managerial & Professional (MAP) exams. This is very similar to how the test actually functions, and so is particularly good for people who feel nervous at taking a computer based test. Is there any revision material for training providers?
Yes, we have a network revision DVD, which includes all the CORE test questions. The DVD has a voiceover option which reads all the questions and answers out in your preferred language. When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders for single items are sent out by first class post within 1 working day of receipt of the order. Orders of 4 or more items are sent using UPS Next Day Service. Please note that we can only dispach orders to addresses in the UK.
How can I track my order?
Tracking is available, through UPS, for orders of 4 or more products. There are two ways to track your order:
1) Once the tracking ID is available (usually the next business day), you will receive an email with the tracking number. Simply click on “Track your order” and you will be redirected to the UPS tracking site which will detail your order status.
2) Go to www.healthandsafetytest.co.uk/login.html, and log in to your account. Click on “Your Previous Orders”, and a tracking number will appear under “Track ID” when it is available. Click on this number to be redirected to the UPS website.

What should I do if the CD-Rom or DVD does not work?
